At The Granville Island Toy Company, we’re committed to getting your toys to you quickly and safely! Below you'll find all the details about our current shipping and delivery options.
Local Delivery – Vancouver Proper

FREE Local Delivery on orders over $100 (before taxes).

$15 Local Delivery Fee for orders under $100.
Local delivery is available only within Vancouver Proper (limited to postal codes starting with: V5K, V5L, V5M, V5N, V5P, V5R, V5S, V5T, V5V, V5W, V5X, V5Y, V5Z, V6A, V6B, V6C, V6E, V6G, V6H, V6J, V6K, V6L, V6M, V6N, V6P, V6R, V6S, V6T, V6Z).
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or outside Vancouver city limits at this time for local delivery.
Canadian Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $20 anywhere in Canada.
All shipped orders are sent via a trackable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and store closures. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on location and carrier volume.
Delivery Exceptions & Order Cancellations
While we do our best to fulfill every order promptly, we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

Delivery addresses outside our defined zones.

Inventory errors or unavailability of products.

Suspected fraudulent transactions.

Shipping restrictions (e.g., PO Boxes).
In the event your order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund if applicable.
Errors & Limitations
Despite our best efforts, errors in pricing, inventory, or delivery eligibility may occur. The Granville Island Toy Company reserves the right to correct errors, refuse service, or cancel orders when needed. We’ll always communicate clearly should any issues arise.
