Shipping Information

Our online shipping costs are set to reflect the actual cost of shipping your order.  

As such, we have set up several different types of delivery service, depending on the shipping address and how quickly you require your purchase to ship.  Here is an overview of our options:

• Free Shipping (Vancouver, BC):  We offer free (standard) shipping for all orders over $99 within Vancouver, BC. Sit back and wait for your order to arrive. (Vancouver Only)

• In-Store Pick-Up:  If you have made an online purchase and live close by to either of our stores, we are happy to hold your order, free of charge, until you are able to collect it.  

• City Limits of Vancouver:  We will personally deliver your package within the city limits of Vancouver for $15.00.  (Please note: Your physical address must be located in Vancouver and not elsewhere in the Lower Mainland such as Richmond, Burnaby, North Shore, Tri Cities etc.) 

• Canada/USA:  We offer $20 flat rate shipping outside of Vancouver, BC. All other orders will be shipped via Canada Post or selected courier.  Our default method is to send your order as economically as possible (Regular Parcel-Ground Surface).  However if you require your order to be expedited, we are happy to ship using Canada Post’s Xpresspost (1-2 days) and Priority (Next day) services. Just select your shipping preference during checkout and let us handle it for you.
  (Please note, while you can purchase from outside North America, your ship to address must be within North America).

• No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.

We aim to mail all online orders within 1 to 2  business days of receipt.
